We have SO many more ways to get in touch today, whether you’re calling 311, going online to report an issue, using email, or chatting with us on www.louisvilleky.gov (there’s a chat link in the bottom right of every page).
Metro311 is launching an entirely new, revamped online reporting system that makes it much easier to report issues online. It will let you see issues that have already been reported on a map and improves how you track the progress of your issue along the way.

The new mobile app makes it easier to submit issues to us on the go, and it features expanded services and ways to connect to your city government right in your hand.
